How to Use the Renewal Center

How do I update my renewal settings? In Rock accounts, there are various ways to renew different services. Account Manager introduces the Renewal Center, an easy-to-use renewal management center that all products and services can be managed through.

Accessing the Renewal Center

Once logged in:

  1. Click the RENEWAL CENTER option from the side navigation menu to the left.
  2. The Renewal Center will load. From here, you can
    • Renew Now
    • Enable Auto-Renew
    • Disable Auto-Renew
    • Switch Payment

Renew Now

Use this option to renew a product now.

  1. Check the box next to the product(s) and/or service(s) you wish to renew.
  2. Click the RENEW NOW button.
  3. You will be redirected to the cart; designate term lengths, then add payment details under Billing Info.
  4. Scroll down to click the SUBMIT & PROCESS PAYMENT button.

Manage Auto-Renew Settings

Here, you can enable or disable the auto-renewal setting for all applicable products and services.

  1. Check the box next to the product(s) and/or service(s) that the customer wants to update renewal settings for.
    • Click ENABLE AUTO-RENEW to ensure the product or service renews automatically.

      When enabling auto-renew, you will see a pop-up prompting you to confirm the auto-renewal setting. Click the ENABLE button to confirm.

    • Click DISABLE AUTO-RENEW to prevent the product or service from renewing automatically.

      When enabling auto-renew, you will see a pop-up prompting you to confirm the auto-renewal setting. Click the ENABLE button to confirm.

Switch Payment Method

If you need to designate a new payment method for a product or service, you can use the SWITCH PAYMENT option.

It can take a few moments to process the update.

  1. Check the box next to the product(s) and/or service(s) that the customer wants to update the payment method for.
  2. Choose the preferred payment method, then click the SWITCH button.

    If you prefer to use a new payment method, click the Manage payment methods link. You will be taken to the Payment Methods page where you can click + ADD PAYMENT METHOD.
