I have been charged twice - What should I do?

  • Your email address associated with the account
  • Payment type for the charge in question: credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • The payment source details:
    • for card payments - a card number (only 6 first and last 4 digits),
    • for PayPal payments - PayPal email, etc.
  • Payment date: the date when the double charge happened
  • Payment amount: the amount of money charged
