Account Validation

Bluehost provides 24/7 support. While we are always happy to assist our customers, we take security very seriously. Before support can access or troubleshoot your account, you must validate any account you want help with.
The process for validation will depend on what type of account you have; customers with Account Manager will use the Security Pin , while Bluerock users will provide the Validation Token.

Note:

  • Rock accounts will feature a Renew Now button in the top right corner of the screen, while Account Manager users will see the RENEWAL CENTER in the vertical side navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
  • If you are still unsure whether your account uses the Rock or Account Manager interface, please see Account Manager vs. Rock to identify the appropriate steps to take.

Security Pin

The Account Security Pin is a secure way to verify that you are an authorized user of your account when you contact one of our support teams for assistance.

Validation tokens are an easy-to-use, secure way to validate that you're an authorized user on the account when you contact one of our support teams for assistance.
